We are a volunteer based health charity that leads in eliminating heart disease and stroke and reducing their impact.

Join us in our fight for a healthier tomorrow. Our volunteer team values and embraces diversity. Foundation volunteers come from many different sized communities, from all walks of life and span all ages.

Whether you have been personally affected by heart disease or stroke, want to give back to your community, are looking for career experience, or simply want to meet new people, we'd love to hear from you!

It is through the generosity of volunteers throughout our province and our country that we continue to reach our goals.
